CheckmateX is a chess training and multiplayer platform. You agree to:

• Use the app for its intended purpose (chess training and play)
• Not use cheating tools or external engines during online games
• Not harass, abuse, or send inappropriate messages to other users
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the service
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fair Play

CheckmateX is committed to fair play. Using chess engines, analysis tools, or any form of external assistance during online games is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and rating reset.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code in CheckmateX are the property of CheckmateX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

CheckmateX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of data, rating changes, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CheckmateX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
